The London to Brighton vintage car rally is something I have been witnessing since I was a kid when my dad would take me to Brixton Hill to watch them stutter pass.
While living in Brighton I would occasionally make the effort to go and see them arrive on Madeira Drive, the main outdoor event location.
This year it was raining big time. And of course most of the entrants do not have the luxury of things like a roof to their vehicle.
Like these determined finishers they have to rely on some decent wet weather gear.
